Jamaican Govt to use Automated DNA testing COBAS 6800 machine to speed up Covid19 testing dramatically
5) April 22, 2020: Although not quite what I proposed/prepared, government now commissioned the use of automated dna method via COBAS 6800 machine for a boost in testing efforts for Covid19. Dna testing has been observed to be about 71% accurate, while the methods like the one I suggested above saw accuracies of up to 98% as cited on my github page in item (1) below.
Since January, I knew reasonably, (and wrote since then and beyond, in my advice to use lung scan ai projects like my own etc) that government knew that Covid19 testing was slow.
